The front office staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially loved the fact that the hotel offered beach facilities and was pet friendly. One of our favorite things was the delightful aroma that greeted us as we entered the hotel. The staff were always kind and the happy hour was a great deal. we had a fantastic experience at The Balfour.

The service was excellent, from the room amenities to the helpful staff. The room had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a terrace with garden furniture. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist whenever I needed anything.

There was only one minor downside, the room was a bit small. However, with the beautiful beach just steps away, it wasn't a big issue at all.
