Food service was slow, but room was very clean.

Water issues dampened the experience but the clean spacious room and great hot tub made up for it

Lekker staff—super friendly and responsive! Room service was quick and the food hit the spot. The room was clean and the bed, man, so comfy after a long day exploring.

Only downside was the outdated restaurant menu.

Loved the friendly crew, especially Marlin—proper gem! The room was well done with a microwave and fridge, but the heating was a bit dodgy. Overall, made my stay a right laugh, especially with easy access to the games!

Loved the perfect location—just two blocks from the concert at Moda Center! The bed was super comfy, and I must say, those pillows should win an award! Room felt spacious enough for a grand royal.

But good heavens, finding the shuttle felt like a treasure hunt with no map! Plus, that parking fee seemed more suited for a Hollywood premiere than a night in the city.

to top it off, the restaurant staff seemed unorganized during breakfast, making it hard to enjoy a meal. honestly, i almost wrote a glowing review, but the complete absence of compensation for these inconveniences made it impossible.

Great indoor pool, enjoyed the welcome drink. Luggage storage was a hassle.

our stay at crowne plaza was fantastic! the king room was spacious and super comfy. the location is ideal, just a 4-5 minute walk to the rose garden. the indoor pool area is great, but we noticed it could use a little more attention. highly recommend the friendly service we received throughout our visit.

the hot tub area wasn't clean, there was a lot of glass on the ground. But everyone was so polite! I loved the pool and hot tub, and I enjoyed the shuttle service to other locations. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants and the mall.

The indoor pool was a great perk, but it closed earlier than expected, cutting short evening swims. Parking fees were surprisingly high, adding to the overall expense, and the absence of complimentary breakfast was a downside. On a positive note, the room was spacious and clean, with a microwave and mini refrigerator for convenience, making it easier to keep snacks on hand. The staff was incredibly responsive, especially when I needed a bucket for ice due to an ankle injury.

Clean rooms, great bar and restaurant, but check-in was frustrating and slow.
