We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was recently remodeled and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect, right across the street from the river and within walking distance to the main historic district. The staff was friendly and even gave us some free bottles of water. We also enjoyed the clean pool and the modern appeal of the renovated interiors.

Shared balcony allowed smoking, resulting in unpleasant encounters when walking around the property. Outdoor chairs could use an upgrade and the outside of the motel could be updated.

Plus, there's a trolley stop nearby for convenient transportation around the area. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Emmanuel, were extremely helpful and provided great ideas and tips to make the most of our time in town.

The lighting in the main room was insufficient, especially the small fixture over the table and chairs by the window. It would have been helpful to have a floor lamp by the TV for better illumination.

The best aspects of my stay were the fantastic staff, the convenient location in downtown, and the beautiful view of the bay and marina. The staff was always accommodating and ready to answer any questions. The hotel is within walking distance of all the sights in the historic old town area, as well as restaurants and nightlife. The view from the upstairs patio was especially stunning at night.

The owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The rooms, once fully renovated, will be stunning. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the overall aesthetic of the rooms was beautiful. The hotel is situated in a perfect location with convenient walking access to other attractions. The highlight for me was the amazing view from the raised veranda, where I could watch boats on the bay, the Bridge of Lions, and even horse and carriages passing by. I'll definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

The location of Historic Waterfront Marion Motor Lodge In Downtown St Augustine is absolutely perfect. We were within walking distance of all the major attractions and shops in the area. The view of the river and bridge from the deck was stunning. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. Convenient parking right in front of our door. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

As youngsters, we loved the location of the hotel! It was super convenient, being close to all the attractions and just a short 5-minute walk to St. George St. Plus, the view of Lion's bridge and the marina across the street was pretty cool. The swimming pool was massive and kept spotlessly clean, making for some great fun in the water. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Addy, the front desk clerk. She went above and beyond to fix any problems we had and genuinely cared about our stay.
