Staying at the Royal Palms Resort was like being transported to your own private slice of paradise! From the minute we checked in, we were greeted with champagne and had our very own tour guide to navigate the stunning grounds. I mean, it felt like we were royalty! Our room was a charming casita with the most picturesque views of Camelback Mountain. The service was impeccably attentive, and I couldn't help but marvel at the gorgeous landscaping during our strolls. Dining at T-Cooks felt like a culinary adventure. their wedge Caesar with salmon was an unforgettable delight! We even enjoyed crafted cocktails by the pool, which were almost too pretty to drink. If I had to sum it up, this place has perfected the art of luxury with a sprinkling of relaxed charm!

i had a fantastic night stay at royal palms resort. the check-in process was smooth, and the dinner at t cooks was outstanding, especially the perfectly grilled tenderloin steak. the service made everything enjoyable and exceeded my expectations compared to previous stays in phoenix.

I received a warm welcome with champagne, followed by a tour of the lush grounds. My stay included a fantastic dinner at T. Cook's, where the tenderloin steak was perfectly grilled. Relaxing by the pool with great cocktail service added to my enjoyment. The amenities were impressive, including 24/7 pool access and free yoga classes. I would return for the beautiful landscaping and exceptional dining experience.

There was a distinct smell of weed in the room that took too long to address, and the fireplace couldn't be turned off completely, wasting energy in the heat. The pool area was lacking adequate staff, which made ordering food cumbersome, and I found the parking situation unexpectedly pricey with a hefty charge for valet that caught me off guard. Additionally, the limited dining options and prepackaged food items at the pool left something to be desired, especially at those prices. Furthermore, the resort fees were steep and combined with various taxes turned my overall cost into quite the surprise knockout punch.

the resort's grounds are breathtaking, filled with lush flowers and palm trees. the staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring our anniversary celebration was unforgettable. special thanks to danielle crovo for her outstanding service. dining options were superb, especially the in-room breakfast.
