The spacious room had ample outlets for my CPAP, and the friendly staff made a difference. I especially appreciated the airport shuttle with a handicap ramp, making travel easier for my wheelchair-bound mom.

Exceptional service. Every staff member was considerate, helpful, and friendly. The Daily Grill staff exceeded expectations. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, although shower and bathroom lighting could improve. Minor airport noise, but expected and not bothersome. Be sure to request the parking garage ticket for a better rate. Morning coffee at the cafe was excellent with lovely service. Housekeeping was amazing, offering plenty of water bottles. Gym had adequate equipment, including a Peloton. Waiting for check-in was inconvenient, and communication could improve, especially regarding pre-paid breakfast. WiFi should be complimentary. Despite some drawbacks, this hotel shines where it counts. A worthwhile choice worth considering again.

I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, allowing for uninterrupted relaxation. Temperature control was excellent, with a silent AC unit that kept the room cool without disturbance. The television was a highlight, offering both cable and streaming services, which made relaxing easy. The shower was sizable and maintained a consistent temperature. the check-in process was confusing, and the communication regarding services could have been clearer.

The gym is outstanding with tons of equipment, including free weights and kettlebells. The pool area is nice and sunny with comfy loungers. Tomnesha at the front desk was super helpful. The room had a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom. Great location with shuttle buses to the airport.

I loved how this hotel put me just a few minutes away from Sofi Stadium and other attractions in Los Angeles, making it super easy for my weekend strolls and quick trips; I even spotted parks like Clutter's Park and Siminski Park which are just around 3 kilometers away, perfect for relaxing walks. The hotel offers comfy beds and a beautiful lobby, but the parking situation is a bit pricey at $53 a night, which could be better explained.

I was really let down when I tried to take a shower during my brief stay. It was lukewarm and the staff couldn’t care less—no apologies or solutions. Just left me feeling completely neglected during my tight timeframe. Super frustrating!
