The AC kept us cool in the scorching 115-degree heat and the adult pool was a nice touch. The bedrooms were spacious and quiet, and the patio was a great spot to enjoy the mornings. The In Tyme restaurant had delicious food and friendly staff. The landscaping on the property was visually pleasing and well-maintained. the staff was accommodating and the hotel met all our needs.

The pools were conveniently located near our suite and stayed open until 10 pm, allowing for a good amount of swimming time. Additionally, the hotel's location close to hiking trails and other activities, in a beautiful setting near a rock covered hillside, was a major plus.

Everything is what I need and want.

We got great value for our money at Hilton! The room was spacious, quiet, and had a wonderful patio to enjoy in the mornings. The location was perfect, with beautiful landscaping and well-kept grounds. The staff treated us wonderfully, from helping with a surprise proposal at the Waterfalls to sending us champagne on the house. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast selection could've been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

The "Water Park" was a great place to relax. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The gym was well-equipped and we appreciated the friendly service.

The noise from the maintenance work was disturbing.

As a couple, we really enjoyed the different state vibe, awesome room, and multiple pools at Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.

The room was equipped with useful amenities like air conditioning, mini-bar, and room service. The spa centre was perfect for a relaxing massage and the leisure casino was entertaining. The golf course and hiking trail were also a plus!

Staff sadly treats the guests like annoyances and seems completely unprepared to solve any guest issues without speaking to a manager that never appears. Despite that, we would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here as we had an overall positive experience.
