However, some minor issues with email communication left me slightly concerned about privacy.

During my stay at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore, I appreciated the convenient location near transportation hubs, including the complimentary hotel shuttle service to BWI Airport and nearby amenities such as MTA light rail, Amtrak, MARC train, and the rental car facility terminal. This made it effortless to continue my travels with ease and efficiency. the proximity to Baltimore-Penn, Charles Center, and Camden Street offered accessibility to various destinations within the city, contributing to a seamless transit experience.

Despite the overall positive experience, the check-in process was a bit lengthy, and the hotel did not have the reserved room available upon my arrival, requiring a downgrade without any compensation or discount. the morning café experience was marred by a broken espresso machine, which was a minor inconvenience considering the expectations associated with the hotel's upscale reputation.

The King Suite at Royal Sonesta boasted a magnificent view, exceeding expectations. the friendly bartender served delicious food, creating a great stay. Conveniently located, walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, accommodating early check-in requests. Valets and housekeepers were super friendly, making us feel like family. Comfortable bed and highlight garden tub for a delightful stay.

The dining spots at Royal Sonesta Harbor Court were a crab-tastic journey through Baltimore flavor! Dive into local favorites at Rita's Italian Ice and Orioles Grille nearby. The hotel's culinary vibes were spot-on, just like the friendly staff and killer harbor views.

Some may argue the restaurant vibes needed some Old Bay spice to kick things up a notch. A few hiccups with previous stays were like finding a crab shell in your soup: a bit off-putting but nothing a little extra seasoning couldn't fix.

The hotel staff, from the bell hops to the parking attendant to the registration desk personnel, was courteous, professional, and very friendly. They were always helpful, answering all our questions with a smile. the location couldn't have been better, as we were within walking distance of all the scenic spots we wanted to explore. the restaurant offered delicious breakfast before heading out to the Inner Harbor for the day.

One thing that could be improved is the need for better signage from the parking garage to the lobby. It could be a bit confusing and potentially hazardous crossing the street.

Great location with an amazing view of the Harbor. However, there were safety concerns with a homeless individual on the premises, highlighting a need for increased security measures.

The suite was huge with a beautiful harbor view. Convenient location close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. 7th-floor pool with a kiddie pool. Room had a large hot tub and separate shower. TV screen in the bathroom mirror. Quick release of deposit upon checkout.

The hotel's decoration and general areas were truly charming, with elegant and comfortable seating that made it perfect for us seniors to relax and take in the breathtaking views of the Inner Harbor. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with well-placed handrails, spacious elevators, and clear signage that made getting around the hotel easy and convenient for us.

I would ask for a better vacation for senior people that the children of the staff show more patience and understanding towards the needs of elderly guests.
