The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. the beautiful sights made my stay truly memorable. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. From the friendly greetings at the lobby to the prompt response to any requests or inquiries, the staff made me feel truly valued as a guest.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been better. the room was average and in need of upgrades.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel, with its stunning view overlooking the marina and water. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and I even had the opportunity to feed a cute cat that frequents the property. The morning coffee/tea on the second floor of the Captiva Tower was a private and relaxing experience. The rooms were clean and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff, especially at the front desk, provided wonderful service, even arranging for my choice of teas to be delivered by room service. this hotel provided a perfect getaway with its fantastic view, great pool, reasonable and tasty food, and accommodating staff.

I recently stayed at Marriott in Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa for a quick weekend getaway. The view of the Gulf was absolutely stunning, and the resort itself was beautifully designed with charming walkways. The bell man, Max, was incredibly attentive and courteous, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a wide variety of options. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the pools were a great place to relax. The front desk staff and bellhops were all friendly and helpful, and the concierge provided valuable assistance.

Our vacation at this beachfront resort was fantastic! With Sanibel Island just a few minutes away, we were able to go to a public beach and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Also, we visited a nearby resort and relaxed on their private beach. Our room in the Sanibel tower had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom and breathtaking views of the pool and ocean. The staff provided exceptional service, and breakfast at Tarpon House was exquisite. The resort's amenities, such as the pool and spa, were well-maintained and enjoyable for all.

While the facilities were well-kept, the dining options were limited, closing early in the evening.

We had an amazing stay here! The location of this place is unbeatable, right before the bridge over to Sanibel, and with the Harbour just at the foot of the hotel, the views were breathtaking. The service from check-in to check-out was exceptional, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. The leisure spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of treatments, and the outdoor swimming pool, with heated swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi, was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the various facilities including hiking, cycling, tennis court and snorkelling.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great water views, very big and comfy rooms, and very friendly staff. Good location close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers. Enjoyed the balcony and pool, excellent pool service. a great place for a weekend getaway with dolphins sightings nearby.

I recently stayed at Marriott in Punta Rassa for a weekend getaway. The view from our 11th-floor ocean front room was absolutely stunning, especially during sunset. The room was immaculate and the staff was friendly and attentive. The facility had great amenities, including a spa and 3 pools. The 24-hour shuttle made it easy to navigate the large property. The food in the restaurants was delicious and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fantastic stay.

We had an amazing stay with outstanding views from our room! The hotel had a nicely decorated lobby and the staff, including the concierge and bell hops, were super friendly and helpful. Travelling alone, I loved the breathtaking sunset view from my room and the convenience of parking. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping and wait staff, were genuinely kind and helpful. The lobby, pool area, and grounds were well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I also appreciated the quick response from the manager with a letter of apology for a false emergency alert, which showed their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel in Punta Rassa. The location in Captiva Tower was perfect, right at the foot of the bridge leading to Sanibel & Captiva islands. The view from my room overlooking the water to Sanibel Island was absolutely breathtaking. It was such a treat to wake up to such a gorgeous view. The hotel also had a beautiful walkway throughout the resort, allowing me to enjoy the stunning Gulf view. The staff here were exceptional, from the friendly front desk and valet staff to the attentive waiters at breakfast and by the pool. Their warm welcome and excellent service made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of.
