Friendly staff and clean. the room was large and spacious with massive windows which barely let sound in from the nearby Dual carriageway. the bed was comfortable and the workspace was ample. Liked the added touch of nespresso machine in room alongside kettle. the DVD player was a plus, as were the hair straighteners.

The room looked modern in the photos, but it is slightly old school when you get into the room. the curtains were broken along the top so that they didn’t block out the light.

The large room provided a good night's sleep in a quiet environment. The hotel's location near the train station was convenient. The upgrade offer was amazing. The attention to detail with chocolates and a decorated plate on arrival was lovely. The breakfast, included in the price, was outstanding. The staff were friendly and helpful. a five-star experience.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to shops, bars, and the city center. It was also conveniently located near a railway station, making it easy to explore the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a stunning view from the large window. Our sleep was incredibly restful, which is rare for me in a hotel. The amenities in the room were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. we were very impressed with the quality and comfort of this venue.

This hotel is in a really good location, just a stone’s throw from the train station and a short taxi ride into the city centre. The rooms are cozy and have great amenities, I especially appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee, and fresh milk on request. The staff are attentive and the breakfast spread was delicious.
