Prime location near trailheads meant no traffic headaches. The spacious room was clean and comfortable with a nice walk-in shower, but the studio felt a bit worn, like the peeling paint and a mattress needing replacement. A strong fish smell in one room on check-in was puzzling, and dealing with timeshare pressure wasn’t ideal. Oddly, Wi-Fi was patchy, complicating communication. While the views weren't from our room, the kitchen was a nice touch. Despite a few maintenance lapses and slow check-in, the stay was decent but didn’t leave a lasting impression.

No WiFi, no ice, and minimal amenities made it feel bare. Rude staff interactions soured the experience, particularly regarding enforcement of smoking rules nearby. Communication about refunds could improve, especially in light of early departures due to illness. Attention to these details would elevate the experience significantly.

Great location in W. Sedona, away from the hustle. Our studio was spacious with a kitchen, and it had a balcony with amazing red rock views. Very clean and quiet. The resort has several pools and hot tubs that were never crowded. Close to hiking trails and a grocery store. Loved the fitness center and beautiful grounds.

The spacious two king rooms with stunning balcony views were a highlight. The well-equipped kitchenette and clean, quiet environment made our visit relaxing, while the proximity to the pool added to the convenience. A few service improvements would enhance the stay.

It took forever to get basics like bedding and towels, and there were even cockroaches hanging around. Super disappointing.

The room was huge, like being at home. The various pools and hot tubs were nice for relaxation. It's a couple of miles from downtown and close to the grocery store. I enjoyed the beautiful grounds for a jog, away from other resorts.

The bathroom shower needed maintenance with mold around the door. The coffee provided was not good for the price paid.
