I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms offered luxurious amenities, and the Swedish massage provided a much-needed relaxation. The staff at the 24-hour front desk were welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

The ventilation system could use improvement as the lingering smell of smoke was noticeable throughout the property.

I keep returning to this fantastic place. Staff once helped me with sim cards. It suits me perfectly: Wi-Fi, car park, late check-in, 24-hour security, spa, bar. I’m coming back for holiday.

I simply adored the cozy sitting areas with the soft, cushioned chairs and warm décor. It made me feel right at home. The hotel had convenient ramps and spacious elevators, which made it much easier for us seniors to move around. The lush carpeting in the hallways also provided a comfortable walking surface, which was perfect for me and my friends.

I would have enjoyed more organized activities suitable for seniors.

The handicapped accessible room was well designed and spacious, with plenty of lights and outlets. The staff throughout the hotel and casino were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The parking was ample and the surrounding scenery was beautiful.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we have no complaints whatsoever.

I gotta say, I got a lot of bang for my buck at this place. The room was clean and spacious, and the views were beautiful from the Junior Suite I was upgraded to. The location in the lush mountains was just stunning. Plus, the staff was top-notch. Jamie from room service and Darbie our waitress were both super friendly and attentive.

The breakfast option could've been better. The lines in the food court were a bit chaotic and the wait was longer than expected.

My friends and I had a blast at the casino - we played card games and slots all night, and even got to see an awesome live show! The energy in the entertainment venues was off the charts and we couldn't get enough of it. Plus, using our player cards made everything even more exciting!

I'd love to have more late-night activities for young party-goers like us to keep the fun going strong 24/7.
