We had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect – close enough to everything but still quiet. The staff was so welcoming with a lovely welcome drink and even helped us plan our activities with tours/ticket assistance. We also enjoyed happy hour with tasty treats. The room was well equipped with heating and air conditioning, a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The terrace and garden were so beautiful with garden furniture and a picnic area for us to enjoy.

The inn owner, Heather, was kind and gracious, providing us with dinner reservations and delightful treats in the bar area each night. The serene garden with its fish pond was a lovely addition to our stay. The breakfasts were exceptional, creative, and delicious, truly masterpieces.

We were disappointed that there were no complementary toiletries offered in the room. the parking situation was a bit tricky as there was limited space available and we had to park on the street the second night of our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Village Inn Of in Woodstock and it was absolutely charming. The historic Victorian House had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The room we stayed in had a fireplace, a comfy bed, and a great tub which added to the romantic ambiance. We were also impressed with the breakfast experience - the heavenly Belgian waffles were a highlight. The location was perfect, with everything we needed within a 10-minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for a romantic getaway or a relaxing retreat.
