Nothing, it was perfect.

During our romantic escape, we had a great time at the hotel. the lobby bar and lounge area was a highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink and unwind after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the beds in our room were not very comfortable and seemed outdated.

Good shower, nice towels, near shopping and restaurants, breakfast buffet excellent, helpful staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and well set up, with plenty of blankets and pillows. The TV was a good size and there was ample light for reading in the evenings. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the gym which was great. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to many stores, restaurants serving breakfast, and in a great area with plenty of options for food and entertainment.

Everything is what we needed and wanted.

I had a great surprise when I discovered the indoor pool and hot tub at the Sheraton. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site coffee shop serving Starbucks. The room on the 8th floor offered a beautiful view of the city.

This place is located in such an amazing area! There are so many places to eat and enjoy yourself here. I really appreciated the room service and the coffee in my room. Also, the gym here is top-notch, which was great since the pool was under construction during my stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this venue. Despite the young front desk worker who was not experienced in customer service, all the other staff members were very efficient and friendly.
