Nothing, all excellent.

As backpackers, we loved the clean, modern facilities and helpful front desk staff. The complimentary shuttle service was a game-changer for us, making it easy to pick up and drop off our rental car and get to the train depot. Our room was a pleasant surprise - a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a large inviting patio. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The resort exceeded our expectations with its beautiful grounds, immaculate appearance, and abundance of activities.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were nice and check-in was quick. The hotel's location was close to downtown and to the Grand Canyon. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel facilities, including the fitness center and spa hot tub, were great to relax in after a long day.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - close to everything but not right on the main path, making it quiet at night. Plus, it's really close to the airport with a free shuttle service and offers tours to the Grand Canyon. The staff was fantastic - very attentive and accommodating. The rooms were great too - clean and comfortable, with two beds and basic amenities. The breakfast was also excellent - lots of options and delicious food.

No major complaints, everything was okay.

The hotel had modern upgrades, a sauna and inside pool, soundproof walls between rooms, free parking and tasty cookies from reception. There were spacious and comfortable rooms, easy to find location, and easy access to the main road.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating upon check-in, making us feel welcomed. We also enjoyed the happy hour where we had the chance to mingle with other guests. The prices during happy hour were very reasonable. Additionally, the room and bathroom were spacious, providing us with plenty of space to relax and unwind.

The bed was extremely firm, which made it difficult for us to get a good night's sleep. The pillows also went flat quickly, providing little support.

We had a great time staying here! The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and shopping near everything. The room amenities were excellent with a microwave, television, am/fm alarm clock and a comfortable sitting area. We were impressed with the staff's service, including room service, housekeeping, airport shuttle, and laundry. The pool area was lovely, and the hotel also had a spa & wellness centre with a sauna, jacuzzi, and sun terrace. We enjoyed our stay here, and we highly recommend it to others!

The staff and cleanliness were beyond great. Courteous, helpful, communicative! We were engaged by the front desk, the staff, and the room cleaners with a smile and authentic happiness. The room was spotless and quiet with a very comfortable king size bed. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Very close to the historic downtown area where you can find many choices for restaurants for dinner. Another plus is you are only about 15 minutes from the airport which was convenient for our early morning flight at 6:15 am. The room was very clean and noise-free. The front desk staff were really friendly and very helpful. The Restaurant staff were very pleasant and helpful for morning breakfast. Our room was actually a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment! It was so spacious! Had a wonderful, large patio that was so inviting. The kitchen was equipped with everything one would need. The resort exceeded our expectations. There are so many activities offered and the grounds are beautiful and immaculate.
