I recently stayed at Sheraton in Anchorage for a business trip. The staff throughout the facility showed a genuine interest in guest comfort. From the friendly and accommodating front desk staff to the exceptional room service by Jocelyn, everyone went above and beyond. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I especially loved the strong water pressure from the shower head. a fantastic stay at Sheraton.

The room was not up to par for the price we paid. The bedding had some stains, and the bathroom was not very well maintained.
