My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Milpitas for a few nights and we had a very nice experience. The room and bathroom were spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a refreshing change from the usual generic hotel rooms. We particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered a lovely view. Another highlight of our stay was the pool, which had actual lap lanes and was perfect for swimming. It was also great that the pool area was not gated, allowing us the freedom to walk around while keeping an eye on our kids. Last but not least, the breakfast at the hotel restaurant exceeded our expectations - it was very, very good. The service throughout our stay was excellent. we had a pleasant and enjoyable time at the Sheraton in Milpitas.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent and the staff provided impeccable service. The hotel is very well located and close to plenty of eateries. The basic amenities in the room were perfect and there was no problem with loud kids. Additionally the breakfast was delicious and had everything I needed to start my day.

The suite we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and very clean. the hotel had a nice pool, perfect for a relaxing swim. the restaurant served amazing food and the staff overall was friendly and welcoming.

There were some aspects that left a negative impression. the manager's lack of initiative in resolving the issue was disappointing.

The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the grounds were well-maintained. The shower had excellent water pressure. I would definitely stay here again.
