The suite was really nice and had a good vibe. The pool area was pleasant too, and the fitness center was top-notch. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. A couple of issues with the elevators and some maintenance problems in my room were a bit annoying, but the location was great for visiting friends nearby.

The customer service was warm and inviting.

The room felt cramped, and the shower was a tight fit. I found sticky spots on the floor and countertops, and I had to wait ages for the operational elevator.

The suites are so comfy and spacious, with a cool barn door and separate living and sleeping areas. The Sheraton Signature Beds are like sleeping on clouds, perfect for a long, relaxing stay.

The glass-enclosed showers felt a bit too exposed for my liking.
