I recently stayed at a luxury hotel in the heart of Georgetown and was thoroughly impressed. The rooms are beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious, with fantastic views of the local area. I particularly loved the cozy lobby, adorned with a fireplace and an inviting candy bar that made me feel welcomed. The location is perfect, being rich in history and just a short walk from trendy dining options and iconic sites.

The food service can get a bit slow during busy hours.

Cozy fireplace and excellent service

Waking up to a complimentary hot chocolate bar was a delightful surprise. The staff was genuine and engaging, making us feel right at home. Plus, the lobby's fireplace was the perfect touch of warmth on a chilly evening.

Though the restaurant menu could use some unique dishes, we found the food experiences overall were not as exceptional as other Ritz properties. Parking can also be a bit challenging at times.

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, spa & wellness centre, and cozy bar/lounge area. On my first stay, staff helped with great restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend trying the full body massage! I’m definitely coming back for a city break.
