I recently stayed at a great hotel in downtown Sacramento for three nights. The Holiday Inn had all the amenities I needed, including a friendly staff, free onsite washer and dryer, and reasonable daily parking fees. It was also conveniently located near restaurants, activities, and the arena. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water from guest services and the onsite store that had everything I needed, although the hours varied.

We had such a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is perfect for easy access to fun, local activities. We didn't even need to use our car. Everything was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean, and a fun place to spend time. The gym was great and had all the equipment we needed. The Christmas decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. We were lucky to have gotten upgraded to a king room with a view of downtown, which was amazing. The restaurant staff, especially our waitress Stephanie, was kind and sweet. The housekeeping staff was also kind and nice. a great stay!

The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, especially for those attending events at the nearby Golden One Center. It was just a short 5, minute walk away, making it the perfect place to stay for concerts or Kings games. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well, maintained. the lobby area was beautiful and there were plenty of dining options nearby, including Macy's, Yard House, and Sauced.

One issue I encountered was the lack of clear signage for parking options. When I arrived, there were a lot of cars waiting to be valeted and it was unclear where to park.
