As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location and the friendly staff at the hotel. The breakfast menu offered a variety of options and the room service was a great convenience. The lobby area had ample seating, making it easy to have private conversations. Plus, the well-lit front entrance and nearby walking areas were perfect for our puppy.

The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to several restaurants in the campus area. It was also conveniently close to the bookstore on campus and Marshall's. We found it to be the perfect spot for our stay during a SU game night, as it was extremely close to the university area.

They switched it without any trouble so that I could rest properly before my son's surgery. The location was perfect for me, being close to the university area where I needed to go. We stayed in the hotel during the SU game and found it very convenient to walk to the nearby restaurants and the campus bookstore. The view from our room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and the room itself were clean. The hotel was located extremely close to the university area, making it easy to get around.

Nonetheless, some of the facilities looked very outdated and could use some renovations.

The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for me as I was there to watch Basketball at the Carrier Dome. The staff at the hotel were amazing, especially the front desk worker who made the check-in experience so pleasant. They were friendly, genuine, and had a great vibe.

The breakfast items could use some improvement, maybe adding more variety or freshness to the options.
