We loved the cleanliness and elegance of this hotel. The facilities were top-notch, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel is situated in a great location, very close to several restaurants in the campus area. It was also conveniently close to the bookstore on campus and Marshall's. We found it to be the perfect spot for our stay during a SU game night, as it was extremely close to the university area.

She was incredibly accommodating and always had a smile on her face. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, which made for a relaxing stay. I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The staff was so helpful and accommodating, especially when I made a mistake with my reservation. They switched it without any trouble so that I could rest properly before my son's surgery. The location was perfect for me, being close to the university area where I needed to go. Plus, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

A Cozy Home Away from Home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Syracuse and it truly felt like a home away from home. The modern decor throughout the hotel, especially in the lobby, created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at ease from the moment I walked in. Not only was my room spotless and comfortable, but I also appreciated the 24-hour fitness center, free WiFi, indoor pool, and sauna. The hotel's proximity to the beautiful Syracuse University, just a 5-10 minute walk away, was an added bonus with lots to see and admire. I would highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Sheraton! The staff, especially the front desk worker during check-in, were phenomenal. They were so friendly and genuine, and we had a great chat. The location was perfect, being in a clean downtown area close to the university. The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from the airport, and has an on-site restaurant. Additionally, they upgraded my room to a Jr Suite when there was an issue with the temperature. Highly recommend staying here!
