We were pleased with the cozy and clean rooms, which were very comfortable. the private soaking pools were a major highlight, with four different areas to choose from. It was a great way to relax and unwind. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I recently had a fantastic getaway at a charming and comfortable hotel on the edge of a vibrant city. The attention to detail was impressive, from the lovely rooms with views from the deck to the robes provided for a cozy stay. The staff were friendly and informative, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the huge omelette with Green Chile and the variety of room-basic items to choose from.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the in-room two person bath tub and the hot mineral water soaks. The indoor soak was especially enjoyable. The restaurant staff was attentive and the breakfast was tasty with hand-made tortillas and fresh orange juice.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, from breakfast burritos to fresh fruit and muffins. I also loved the availability of coffee, tea, and water throughout the day, as well as the invigorating outdoor spa experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I was disappointed that there was no microwave in the room. We had a lot of leftovers from nearby restaurants and it would have been convenient to have a microwave to heat them up.

During our Christmas stay, we absolutely loved the stunning views from the rooms facing Turtleback mountain. the wide deck provided the perfect spot for sunbathing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. Additionally, we were highly impressed by the top-notch restaurant, offering delicious dishes like the mouth-watering chile rellanos. Moreover, one of the greatest advantages was the clean and spacious soaking tubs, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation of our stay.

The only downside we experienced during our stay was the outdoor soak area. Over the past five years, we noticed that the Meditation Pool was in desperate need of renovation.

Our room had fresh aromatic shampoo and lotion which made it an even more luxurious stay. We also loved the private outdoor hot spring bath and the beautiful view from our room.
