I found the hotel to be exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the room. the staff and other guests were friendly, making my family and me feel welcome. the location was convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and well-lit surroundings. the breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh Belgian waffles and good coffee available. These aspects made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The room was not clean upon arrival and supplies were not restocked after maid service. we had an issue with our reservation being cancelled without our knowledge and were given no solution or explanation by the staff.
