Breakfast was satisfying, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome. the rooms were equipped with convenient amenities such as a fridge, microwave, USB plugs, and a blow dryer. the location featured a fenced parking lot with security cameras for added peace of mind.

Housekeeping was intrusive, repeatedly knocking before checkout time. the room cleanliness was inconsistent, requiring a room change for a better experience.

Room was not clean upon arrival with stained sheets and dirty floors. Air conditioner didn't work properly. Uncomfortable stay in a filthy room. On-site spa/hot tub advertised but not working. Inconvenient ice machine location. Train noise day and night. Small bath and pool towels. No manager available to address concerns. Despite issues, the USB plugs, blow dryer, and friendly staff were appreciated.

We loved how this place has a convenient location for exploring all the nearby attractions. the service, such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and room amenities, was exceptional. the staff, from the front desk to the dining area, were incredibly kind and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities, like the fitness center and leisure BBQ area, added a lot of value to our experience here. Cons: Highly recommend this place for everyone.

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. the proximity to our daughter's appointments at Shriners Hospital for Children was a major convenience. Additionally, the breakfast provided at the dining area on August 11th and 12th was great.

At my first stay, the staff fixed tech issues. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, fitness center, flat-screen TV, and wheelchair access. Coming back for Christmas. Love the amenities - off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and express check-in/out. Best choice, no regrets.
