The beach chairs and umbrella were a nice perk included in the resort fee, enhancing our beach experience. The live music made for a fun atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive. the room was disappointing—sticky remote, torn sheets, and a disturbing lack of cleanliness overall. The balcony was tiny, barely holding two people, and the ocean view felt misleading. Despite a nice pool and beautiful views, the room's condition seriously impacted our stay. I appreciated the amenities, but the upkeep needs significant improvement.

Staying here was a treat with easy access to the beach just a few steps away, plus you can enjoy live music at the beachside pub and complimentary umbrellas and chairs , making it all so relaxing and fun to soak up the sun while only a short walk from the ocean. There are plenty of nearby attractions like the Ocean City Branch Library and a few dining options within just a short stroll, which keeps the experience vibrant and lively. The hotel has everything you need without leaving the property, although the check-in process could be smoother.

The room was clean but we expected a nice ocean view. Instead, we saw the parking lot. Staff were bland and slow, taking two hours for towels. The pool was small and always crowded. There was garbage around the pool area and some facilities were broken. Nice beach access, but the resort is not worth the money.

The beachfront location and beach bar service were delightful enhancements that added joy to our family vacation.

My wife says that more family-friendly activities for kids would enhance the experience.

The room's layout impressed me. Clean, comfortable beds, effective AC, and the right-sized TV added to the experience. Beachside live music was a delightful surprise. Free umbrellas and chairs were a thoughtful touch. Staff were welcoming—except for a lengthy check-in process, which I attribute to staff shortages. On servicing, I must commend their rapid response; bedding was replaced promptly after an accident. the elevator situation was frustrating. Some were out of order, forcing us to climb stairs with luggage. The halting renovations left a lot to question, from cleanliness to functionality. While there’s potential here, they must address these issues for a refined experience.

We waited ages for the elevator—seriously, about 30 minutes! With only two in the whole building, it was a nightmare. Climbing the stairs from the 8th floor was exhausting, especially with kids. Just a frustrating experience all around.

The room was spacious and clean, featuring comfortable queen-sized beds. The ocean views from the terrace were a highlight. Temperature control worked well, keeping the room comfortable. the bathroom required updates; mold was visible on the sealings. Noise levels varied, especially during evening hours. The lack of housekeeping service for two days was inconvenient, and we had to frequently request towels. While beachside food service was enjoyable and staff were generally friendly, interactions with one employee were less pleasant. the room had potential but needed better upkeep and service.
