The location of the hotel is perfect, just next to the main square. After a day of sightseeing, it was nice to have a drink on the square and enjoy the lively atmosphere. The hotel also had a wonderful market just outside of the square, where we could explore and try different types of food. The room was comfortable, with a great view overlooking the plaza. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The bathroom could use some improvement, as the shower curtain didn't fit properly which caused water to fill the bathroom and become hazardous.

Amazing food, pool, sauna. Beautiful courtyard, suite with welcome treats, good TV channels, rooftop pool.

The location of this hotel is incredible, right in the center of the city. It is so convenient being close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a great breakfast.

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the cozy and modern hotel rooms. the rooms had a great view, which added to the overall experience. the location of the hotel was fantastic, being situated in the heart of the city. It made it easy for us to explore all the main sights and attractions.

the lack of wardrobe space was a major inconvenience. the hotel did not communicate well about the restrictions and requirements for using the facilities.

My stay at Pestana was incredible. The location in front of Plaza Mayor allowed me to easily explore all the top spots on foot. The underground pool was a unique experience, and my room was wide and comfortable with nice pillows and a soft bed. The restaurant was beautiful, with a sky window adding to the ambiance.

Loved the convenient location, just a short walk to all the main attractions and shopping areas. the building itself had a lot of character and the interior design was interesting and modern. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for things to do in the area.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, especially for the price. the bathroom setup was a bit strange with separate components and limited space for toiletries.

We stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The location is perfect, right in the center of the historic center. We were able to walk to many tourist attractions and the Metro was within walking distance, which was convenient when coming in from the airport. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the room was laid out perfectly. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. They even accommodated our last minute room upgrade request at the reception desk. we had a fantastic stay.

We highly recommend this place to anyone. The only minor downside is that there are other good cafes around the area, so the courtyard set up might not be the best choice if you prefer competitive options for dining.

This hotel's location is superb for exploring the city, as it is right in the center and close to all the major sites. Just outside of the square, there's a wonderful market with lots of little stalls where you can get all kinds of different foods. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the staff is very helpful.

The restaurant's small side bar is not the most comfortable.

The breakfast offered a rich selection of fresh food, and we particularly loved the wonderful inner garden where we enjoyed our meal.
