The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the front desk clerk to the sales manager and even the cleaners, everyone made me feel like a valued guest. the room was in excellent condition with everything in working order. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel staff addressed any questions or concerns I had promptly. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with everything I needed within walking distance.

I had a negative experience during check-in. This discrepancy was not mentioned on the website, and the staff member seemed to have an attitude when I questioned the extra charge.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Buford, GA. First off, the location was perfect for attending a family outing at Lake Lanier, GA. It was convenient and easy to get to. Additionally, the price for the king suite that we got was amazing value for money. The room was spacious, had all the comforts we needed, and was impeccably clean. The staff at this hotel were also extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, from fresh waffles to scrambled eggs and bacon, and everything was delicious and filled with healthy choices.

All in all, I couldn't find anything to complain about.

Our room had a kitchenette with a microwave which was really useful for our stay. The location was great, it was within walking distance to many restaurants and the Mall of Georgia. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Springhill Suites in Buford for a girls' weekend and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. The breakfast options exceeded our expectations, with hot and fresh food. The king room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is excellent, with easy access to the highway and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff at check-in were very nice. They even ensured that our two rooms were on the same floor. The separate bathroom and sink area was a great feature, allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time. The kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, being close to numerous restaurants and the Mall of Georgia.

No king rooms were available and we were given a 2 double bed room instead.

The hotel is located right across the Mall of Georgia, offering easy access to shopping, restaurants and activities. The location was perfect for my needs and I appreciated how close it was to everything. The room was clean and soundproofing was impressive. Customer service was friendly and welcoming.

One guest complained about not having hot water during their stay.

The room was fantastic, like a mini apartment, with separate bathroom and sink areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my family had rooms on the same floor. The bed was super comfy and the pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids.

The rooms and bathrooms at this hotel were extremely spacious, which was a big plus for us. We also appreciated the fact that they placed all of us participating in the football tournament on the same floor. This made it convenient for us to meet up and plan our activities. Additionally, the hotel was located in a key location, just a few miles north of Atlanta. This meant that we had better parking options and more affordable prices compared to staying in the city.

One aspect of our stay that we didn't like was the layout of the rooms with sofa beds. Once the sofa bed was pulled out, it blocked the path to the bed, making it frustrating to move around the room.

The hotel's location is perfect, right across the Mall of Georgia and in the center of everything we needed. The breakfast was also great with a good selection of food. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable king beds.
