We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the clean and thick linens. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the nice big shower and the pool. The breakfast was super, with a good choice of four dry cereals for the kids. The staff did their job well, and we were particularly impressed with Tyesha, who went above and beyond to find a lost stuffed animal.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the variety of breakfast options offered at the hotel. From fresh fruits to scrambled eggs with toppings, there was something for everyone's taste. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with several shopping options nearby such as Home Depot and Wal-Mart. Additionally, the hotel had a WWII memorial right outside, which was a nice historical touch.

One of the downsides of our stay was the limited seating space in the suite's sitting area. The large corner couch took up most of the area, leaving little room for our crawling baby.

Had an exceptional stay at Springhill Suites. Enjoyed the free breakfast, beautiful property, and stylish, clean rooms. Staff promptly addressed noise issue. Bryant, the bartender, was super friendly. Free coffee and hot drinks were greatly appreciated. Only minor complaint about breakfast options. highly enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and the airport. We also liked that it was near Darien Lake Amusement Park and the falls. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. We had no issues with parking or transportation. Everything was in working order during our stay. The breakfast was satisfying and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Comfortable bed, decent staff, great breakfast. Toasters need improvement, but loved the Jimmy Dean sausage egg and biscuit. Good cereal selection for kids. Planning to return in September, possibly with family. Clean and nice pool.

The curtains in the room should be improved as they did not block out the lights from outside, making it difficult to sleep.
