During my xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of this hotel, offering easy access to various food delivery options and local grocery stores. Moreover, the proximity to the highway made it convenient for exploring the area. the shower pressure was excellent, and the clean bathroom added to the overall comfort of the stay.

On the downside, the breakfast options were limited and not up to par with expectations, especially for travelers looking for a cooked breakfast experience. Additionally, the sofa bed was not very comfortable, which could be a drawback for guests needing extra sleeping arrangements.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites in Charlotte. We were visiting for a soccer tournament and stayed for a weekend. the hotel offered a delicious breakfast spread and complimentary tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. the spacious room with a pull-out sofa comfortably accommodated three of us. the fitness area and patio were fantastic additions, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The modern design, cleanliness, and convenient location near shopping and restaurants made our stay exceptional. Cons: Totally recommend this hotel.
