There was a lack of responsiveness and efficiency in fulfilling basic requests, such as extra towels and pillows, which were not provided upon arrival. the hotel's lack of security measures, especially in the pool area, was concerning, as my daughter's top was stolen and there were no cameras in place to identify the responsible party.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just off the freeway and close to a Walmart. It was also very close to the malls in the area. The check-in process was smooth and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, and most importantly, clean. We loved the breakfast options, especially the healthier choices like yogurt and fruits. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

They were spacious and had a separate sitting area, which was perfect for my family of three. the hotel's location was also a big plus. It was conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to find places to eat and do some shopping. my Christmas stay at this hotel was a great experience.
