the service at Springhill Suites was just horrible, I almost thought I was in a comedy skit. They couldn’t even handle a simple late checkout, and the room smelt so bad—maybe the cleaning crew didn't even show up! I expected at least a nice welcome gift for all the trouble, but I guess that's too much to ask.

Just an appropriate option for a break on long journey in Galveston with very good value for money. The staff was really nice and allowed me to check out a bit late, which made my day easier. Watch your step outside as the entrance could be a little tricky to navigate.

I stayed here for a quick trip to catch a cruise and was quite pleased with my experience. The indoor pool was a real highlight, providing a fun way for the kids to unwind. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with hot options like omelets and fruits available. Overall, the staff were accommodating and made the stay enjoyable.

I absolutely adored the indoor heated pool. it was perfect for relaxing after a long day! The complimentary Texas-shaped waffles at breakfast added such a fun, local twist that I couldn't get enough of. Plus, the staff really made me feel at home, going above and beyond to assist with my needs during my stay.

Indoor pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

I almost enjoyed my stay, except for the rude staff who argued with my husband about his 2 o'clock checkout. The room wreaked of something foul—maybe they thought bad smells add character? Also, a couch stain made me question their cleaning standards. Definitley expected a welcome gift, but I guess that’s too much to ask. Ridiculous.

The staff were accommodating and attentive, quickly addressing any questions I had. The breakfast included Texas-shaped waffles and a variety of options, which was a delightful touch!

On top of that, the breakfast area was overcrowded, making it difficult to find seating during busy times, and there were complaints about towel availability during peak hours.

This place suits me perfectly. I love the indoor pool, free wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, staff helped me find delicious food. I’m definitely coming back for a new year!
