We had a great stay at Springhill Suites! While our room was not close to the beach, we loved the location by the interstate and business area. we would definitely stay here again!

Our Christmas stay was great! the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and local restaurants. We also enjoyed the comfortable beds.

The pool had too much chlorine, which made our eyes sting and burn. the elevator was slow, and there was only one.

The staff was very helpful, especially when there was an issue with my reservation. The hotel is conveniently located close to the coast and the terminal for the Galveston Toughest 10k bridge run.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we were impressed with the kitchen area in our room which had its own counter, sink, microwave, mini fridge. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, and the breakfast offered a variety of options including waffles, eggs, sausage, muffins. The hotel was conveniently located close to the coast and within a short drive to attractions, making it easy for us to enjoy the beach and explore this city.

We had a great stay! the staff was super friendly and helpful. the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. the breakfast had a good variety of options and the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the docks for our cruise and with easy access to the island.

The only downside was the traffic in the area, so try to avoid Broadway if possible. Also, there weren't many nearby restaurants within walking distance, so having a car was necessary.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is located in a really unique area, providing a fascinating backdrop for your stay. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and even have a view of the Moody Gardens pyramids, allowing you to relax and take in the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast options are fantastic, with a waffle machine that my grandson absolutely loved.
