The location of this hotel was great for my visit to the downtown area. It was conveniently close to the hospital where my son was staying. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were always helpful and responsive. They even alerted me immediately when a package I was expecting arrived. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was commendable.

My stay at this hotel did not meet my expectations. the noise from the street was quite disruptive and woke me up multiple times during the night.

The breakfast was plentiful with plenty of protein. The room was comfortable and equipped with a coffee maker. Convenient location to museums, free parking, and the night manager was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had trouble finding the hotel. a great stay.

My go to for downtown visits. The staff at Hampton Inn was so helpful when I had a package overnighted to the hotel. They called me immediately when it arrived, even though I hadn't mentioned a delivery. The room was clean and comfy, and I appreciated the stand for the couch which was perfect for using my laptop. The free breakfast was also a nice touch. I highly recommend Hampton Inn for downtown stays.

During my recent stay, I was pleased with the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to Dignity Health-St. Joseph's Hospital. The proximity to the hospital made it easy for me to reach my appointments without any hassle. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that the hotel was within walking distance of various local and chain restaurants, as well as the light-rail system. This made exploring the area and finding dining options very convenient.

As for the accommodations, although the rooms were advertised as recently renovated, they did seem a bit dated. However, despite this, I found the overall quality of the rooms to be satisfactory.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Phoenix for a medical procedure at Barrows. The hotel's location was phenomenal for our needs, being in the middle of a hospital complex. Despite its proximity to a busy ER and helipad, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. The staff was very responsive and dealt with customers in a calm and compassionate manner. The breakfast, served by outstanding ladies, was adequate and tasty, with waffles included. The hotel's eating/lounge area was welcoming, and the overall cleanliness and safety made us feel comfortable during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was really nice, and the breakfast had lots of options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location in the ICU at St Joseph's Hospital was perfect. The area was pretty quiet, and it was conveniently close to the hospital and the Metro Light Rail. Additionally, it was a short distance to the Barrow Brain Institute.

The breakfast options were incredible, with a wide range of choices including healthy options like Greek yogurt and fresh fruit, as well as delicious comfort foods like waffles and bacon. The grounds and rooms were kept very clean, and the staff, especially Seth, were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our weekend plans, as it was close to the best restaurants in town, including Durant's restaurant and the Heard Museum. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the Light Rail, which only cost $2 for a senior's all-day ticket.
