My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise. the location was excellent - so close to everything around us, especially Hershey Park. It made it very convenient for our family to enjoy the park and all its attractions. Secondly, the staff was top-notch, from the moment we arrived until we checked out. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Lastly, the basic amenities in the rooms were great. The beds were comfortable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Everything was just ok, no major complaints.

We loved the pristine white linens and bedding, comfortable bed and pillows. The size of the room comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 5 children. The hotel is extremely close to both the ball fields where we played as well as Hershey Park. The front desk staff were super professional and provided exceptional customer service. The breakfast options were delicious, with hot coffee available 24 hours, fruit, hot oatmeal, mini muffins, sweet pastries.

This hotel is a great spot for a visit to Hershey Park! The location is fantastic, just down the street from the Giant Center and very close to the park. Plus, being near so many wineries is a bonus for those who enjoy wine tasting. The rooms are large and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers lots of choices and is a nice way to start the day.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a big TV. the location was convenient, close to Hershey Park and downtown Hershey. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing helpful recommendations and even sending my daughter's lost stuffed animal back to us with a cute letter and pictures.

The breakfast items ran out each morning and were not consistently replenished. Additionally, our room was not cleaned or provided with fresh towels for three days.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and welcomed by the staff. Printed directions and restaurant recommendations were provided, making it easier for us to explore the area. The suite had a convenient kitchen area and the breakfast had a nice variety, including delicious ready-made egg sandwiches and quiche. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean and suitable for families. The hotel also had ample parking, a laundry room, and a small indoor pool.

The walls in the room were thin, allowing for noise from neighboring rooms to be heard. The size of the king suite was small and made it difficult to move around with the couch bed open.
