The staff was very helpful when we needed assistance with our TV.

The room was super comfortable, and the bed felt like a cloud! The staff were so friendly, especially Tanner who helped fix our TV with a big smile. The pool area was a lovely spot to unwind after a day of fun!

A solid choice for a family getaway. The location is prime for visiting Harrah's Casino and exploring the Great Smoky Mountains. Breakfast offered a nice variety, but the staff monopolized the waffle makers, leaving guests with a frustrating wait. Rooms were clean and spacious, accommodating our young children comfortably. one room had an unpleasant odor that lingered, possibly from the A/C unit. While I appreciate cleanliness, I found blue gel toothpaste and a dried contact lens near the tub, which detracted from the experience. Damp towels were also a concern, and an unexpected bug joined us on the sheets. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff made our stay worthwhile. Could use improvements, but it’s recommendable.

Just a short walk across the street to Harrah's Casino and only minutes away from fantastic local restaurants like Frontier Pancake House and BRIO Tuscan Grille, every stroll was filled with excitement as I explored Cherokee's vibrant atmosphere, plus the staff were super friendly and the hotel was extremely clean with spacious rooms and comfortable beds; however, a slight damp smell in the room could be improved.

I was really frustrated with the breakfast scene. Every morning, the staff hogged the waffle makers, and by the time they were done, there was hardly any batter left for the guests. I ended up with just half a waffle!

Great location across from the casino. Rooms were super clean and spacious. Loved the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with free toiletries. The pool was nice and the hot tub was relaxing. Friendly staff really made a difference.

The temperature control was effective, keeping the room at a pleasant level. I did notice a couple of maintenance issues, such as the toilet running after flushing. The bathroom had nice details, like a makeup removing wipe, but I found a contact lens and some toothpaste residue in the tub. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast options could use some improvement.

The cleanliness of the hotel enhances the experience, though some staff could improve their attitude.
