the hotel is top-notch in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Ayman at reception and Dalal from room service. the room itself was excellent, spacious, and spotlessly clean. the amenities were of high quality, including the toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers. We even received some lovely gifts, including Tunisian olive oil and coffee mugs. the swimming pools were clean and inviting, and the beach access was a real plus. the buffet meals were varied and delicious, with fresh and flavorful options every day. the experience was simply the best we have had, and we can't wait to return.

Excellent comfort and perfectly clean rooms with a jaw-dropping view of the sea and fine sand beach. The open buffet foods and restaurant service are mind-blowing with all-you-can-eat and drink options available all the time. The employees are super helpful, kind, and always smiling, making our stay exceptional. The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise at check-in. The location is great, just a short drive from a vibrant area with stores and restaurants. The beach is fabulous, and the compliments in the room made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff at the reception desk and restaurant were incredibly helpful and kind. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the dessert and sweets are delicious. The special thematic dinners in the restaurant were a highlight of our stay. This is the best hotel experience in Tunisia, with clean rooms, lovely staff, and amazing food. The disabled-friendly facilities make it a perfect choice. I can't wait to return!

Iberostar Selection really impressed us with their abundance of activities. We had a blast trying out parasailing, aqua aerobics, and even archery. The animation team, especially Rio, Zuba, Sooma, Sam. The pools were also fantastic, with one perfect for swimming and the other designed for family fun. The food was delicious, with different themed nights adding variety to our dining experience. The lounge and bar area had a stunning ambiance, and the location right on the beach was perfect. We even witnessed a stunning lunar eclipse from our balcony. Despite a few minor flaws, I'll highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment we arrived at Enfidha airport, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the Customer Service Manager, Imed, arranged taxis to pick us up and greeted us with a warm welcome. the hotel staff were always polite, helpful, and had a smile on their faces. the food at the hotel was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. We felt relaxed and at ease throughout our stay and truly appreciate the efforts of Imed and his team. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service from the staff really stood out. the beautifully maintained grounds and tranquil ambiance created a serene and relaxing environment. My room was a haven of comfort and tranquility, and the attention to detail and cleanliness were evident. the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. the only area for improvement was the food, as there were a few instances where the taste fell short of expectations. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that our needs were met. the location was perfect for a beach getaway, with crystal clear aqua blue seas and pristine white sand. We also appreciated the variety of food options available, with clean and beautifully presented dishes.

One was the infestation of bugs in our room, which made it uncomfortable at times. while there were some downsides, we still had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just by the beach with nice golden yellow sands. The main restaurant offers lots of delicious options to choose from. The open-air theatre provides great entertainment. The rooms are spacious and clean, with blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff are kind and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast has a wide variety of food available. The hotel also offers facilities like a fridge, TV, and tea and coffee in the rooms.

Some guests mentioned that getting a sunbed by the pool can be a challenge if you don't reserve one early enough.

Welcoming and funny staff, exceptional waiter, great location near Port El Kantaou and Hard Rock Cafe, excellent service, good food and drinks selection.
