The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The hotel amenities like the pool and laundry machines are well maintained.

We arrived at the hotel late at night to find out that our reservation had been cancelled by mistake. The staff immediately found us a room, even though it was a handicap room at a higher rate. They took care of the situation and made sure we were comfortable. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and we appreciated their quick response and excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room layout was perfect, with separate zones for the family room, bedroom, sink area, and bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean pool and pool attendant. The location was great, with easy access to main roads, lots of nearby restaurants, and a large mall. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I appreciated the two complementary facts offered, which made my stay more enjoyable. The location was great, as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome.

When I arrived at the hotel at around 3 pm, the king suite I had reserved was not available. I was offered two double beds instead.
