The housekeeper found them and immediately turned them into her supervisor, who secured them in the hotel safe. This level of honesty and integrity is truly commendable. It's experiences like these that make me a loyal customer to not only Springhill Suites but also the Marriott brand. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and trustworthy staff.
