This hotel is worth the money, considering the outstanding condition of the rooms with a separate sitting area, cold fridge, and a nice TV. Also, the breakfast included has many options to choose from, and the staff is very attentive.

The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, especially Tamela who handled an incident with another guest professionally and compassionately. The hotel facilities were great, with amenities like an iron, hairdryer, and fitness facility providing everything we needed. The breakfast was really delicious, and we enjoyed the pool area which was quiet and relaxing. The hotel's location was convenient, with plenty of eating places and close proximity to the Orlando Sanford airport.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I loved the friendly and accommodating staff. the breakfast lady went out of her way to ensure everyone was taken care of, even though there was a shortage of turkey sausage. the check-in staff was also very nice and friendly. Additionally, the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Everything was spotless and well-maintained.

On the downside, I was disappointed with the clogged bathroom sink, as it took a long time for the water to go down. Another letdown was the coffee situation.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near the airport on the highway. This hotel's location was perfect as it was close to a lot of eating places and also just a short drive away from the Disney Parks. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were in outstanding condition with a separate sitting area, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was a convenient and tasty way to start the day.

The only thing that could be improved upon was the noise level from the AC unit.
