The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail and amenities such as sofa beds and multiple TVs. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring a different experience each day.

The staff at the front desk was extremely friendly, and the breakfast choices were excellent. The room design was modern and had a comfortable sitting area, workspace, and two TVs. We also appreciated the extra effort made by the staff for my daughter's swim meet, providing a goody bag and accommodating us with early breakfast options.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mishawaka for a tennis tournament my son was participating in. We had a horrible night at our previous hotel due to noise, so I decided to switch to Springhill Suites. I called with low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness and kindness of the Operations Manager Samantha. Not only did she get us a room before check-in time so my son could rest before his next match, but she also placed us on the quiet 4th floor as promised. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near shopping and dining options. The beds were comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be staying at Springhill Suites again. Thank you!
