The hotel staff went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable. I was impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to help, such as quickly arranging an Uber to take me to the airport after the shuttle was canceled without notice. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family of 3 or 4 adults. We loved that it had two queen beds and a sofa for extra seating. the room was also clean and well, maintained, with amenities like a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. the hot breakfast served in the lobby exceeded our expectations and was a great start to the day. the staff was friendly and efficient, providing a quick check, in process and promptly responding to our needs. the location was convenient, just a few miles away from ASU campus, 10 minutes from the airport, and easily accessible from the I, 10 highway. We also appreciated that there were good food options in the nearby area.

We found the pool area to be disappointing. the pool itself was not well, maintained and looked dirty, with ripped lounge chairs.

Breakfast had tasty scrambled eggs and coffee. Attendants were efficient and pleasant. Comfortable bed allowed for a good rest. Rooms were quiet, even next to outside door. Check-in was smooth with a pleasant Front Desk Receptionist.

The staff were attentive and polite, always ready to fulfill any requests for extra towels and pillows. it was a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a quick trip to Tempe. The location was perfect, with plenty of dining options and a mall nearby. It was also conveniently close to freeways, making it easy to get around. One thing I really appreciated was the variety of food offered for breakfast each day, it kept things interesting. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious and quiet, and overall, I felt safe and cozy during my stay.
