The location of the hotel is close to Key West, but unfortunately, it is not within walking distance of any attractions, as it is situated in a residential area on Stock Island. Some staff members, particularly the front desk woman, made us feel unwelcome and inconvenienced for asking for assistance. However, the rooms were spotlessly clean and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the marina and pool area. The pool area was comfortable and well-maintained, and the variety of food at the pool bar and restaurant was impressive.

The hot water in the shower was not functioning for the first two days of our stay.

Clean and modern property with excellent service from friendly staff. Convenient free valet parking available. The complimentary shuttle bus to nearby areas is reliable and appreciated. Delicious food and drinks available at on-site restaurants. Beautiful view of harbor.

We found a hotel in a serene location right on the marina, offering breathtaking views. Although it was slightly apart from downtown, we enjoyed its peacefulness. The rooms were nicely decorated and had excellent amenities. The bathroom was big and spacious with top-notch toiletries. We savored our breakfast, which had a fantastic selection. The staff was helpful and courteous, always going above and beyond to assist us.

The pool area was quite crowded with non-hotel guests, which limited our access to it.

Beautiful marina view from our room, with clean and comfortable beds. Free shuttle to downtown Key West was really helpful. The pool was a bit crowded sometimes, but still enjoyable. We had a delicious breakfast at Matt's restaurant but did not try the other dining options. Gym was well-equipped. we had a great time at this hotel.

We loved everything about this hotel! The location is amazing - right in front of the marina with a great view from the pool and restaurant. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, always ready to help if needed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with quality bedding and a wonderful terrace to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast overlooking the garden. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the downtown area, making it easy to explore the rest of the area. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

This hotel is highly recommended for families as well, with plenty of amenities and activities for kids to enjoy on the grounds.

The hotel is really good value for the prices charged. The staff is attentive and the service is great. The rooms are clean, and we loved the balcony with a stunning view of the harbour. We also enjoyed the breakfast - it was delicious.

I had such a fantastic stay here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they made me feel right at home. The room was absolutely beautiful, with a lovely balcony and a really nice bathroom. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to town and the beach, which was so convenient. And let me tell you, the breakfast was to die for! I highly recommend trying the lobster and pork belly benedict egg, it was incredible. The pool was clean and the poolside area was really comfortable with great sun loungers. this place exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this venue! It’s perfect for those who want a quiet and relaxing evening away from the busy areas of the city. The location is at the backside of the marina, which means it’s well away from all the waterfront commotion. The staff service is outstanding, with helpful bell staff, attentive housekeeping, and a convenient grocery shopping service. We enjoyed the happy hour and the room amenities were fantastic - such as the ironing facilities and ample supply of free toiletries. The rejuvenating spa center and sun terrace are perfect for leisure activities.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel that surprised us with its great value. the free shuttle service to the main island was very helpful, although it only ran once or twice an hour, it allowed us to take advantage of the key location of the hotel. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with great views, as well as the fantastic happy hour food offered at the two restaurants and bars on-site.

We were also not very impressed with the noise and sight of Navy jets from the adjacent base.
