Starlight Lodge was fantastic. The accommodations were spacious and perfect for our large family. The staff, especially Andrew, provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond. The location was incredibly convenient, with shuttle services, dining options, and attractions nearby. The room and amenities were clean and well-maintained. we were very satisfied with our stay at Starlight Lodge.

The location of the hotel was fantastic! We were able to easily walk to all the attractions and restaurants in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having an extra sink outside the bathroom was a bonus. The owner was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent customer service.

Had stayed here before two years ago--with a pleasant experience then. This time, check-in was smooth with a very pleasant front desk person. the room was very good, exceptionally clean, bed firm/great for me, everything worked properly , bathroom was clean, all facilities worked and plenty of hot water. There was a coffee-maker in the room, appreciated but didn't remember it from the previous stay. Value was very good for the product.

Great location! the hotel is within walking distance of downtown and the hot springs, making it super convenient for exploring. the staff was also very friendly and offered helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. the room was spacious and clean, with a TV that had plenty of channels to choose from. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only downside was some noise from renovations happening in a nearby room, but it wasn't a big bother since we were usually out and about during the day. Additionally, we weren't aware that our room would be on the second floor when we booked, but it wasn't a major issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable, with all the basic amenities accounted for. The bed was very comfy and the room was big enough for us to move around comfortably. We loved the hotel's lovely aesthetic from the outside, it looked like a little cottage. The location was perfect, right off of the new bridge and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do in this city. The staff was very helpful and gave us great suggestions for things to do during our stay. We also appreciated the free upgrade on our room and that all our requests were accommodated. we had a great experience.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the main street and surrounded by several restaurants. It made it easy for us to find places to eat and enjoy our meals. Additionally, the room we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed, including a fridge and a microwave. It was convenient to have these amenities available to us during our stay. Lastly, the character of the building was really cute and added a unique touch to our experience.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the hotel staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.

My city break at this hotel was fantastic! The location was perfect, situated within walking distance of all the hot spots in town. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful information about the area. One of the best aspects was the view from our room, which was absolutely breathtaking. We were able to enjoy the stunning scenery right from the comfort of our own space. the room was spacious, clean, and had a charming and quaint atmosphere.

While our stay was overall enjoyable, there were a couple of minor issues. a few of the bathroom towels had stains on them, which made us a bit uncomfortable.
