i stayed at this place in malvern before, but this time it totally exceeded my expectations. the two-bedroom suite was spacious and had a full kitchen, which made our family trip so much easier. everything felt spotless and it was a relaxing holiday!

the breakfast options were quite limited.

absolutely terrible experience, the shower had horrible water pressure and there were stains on the walls. Also, I can’t believe my service dog was blamed for carpet stains that were already there! I expected some form of compensation for this nonsense, yet it was conspicuously absent. I almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

The suite was massive with a full kitchen – perfect for our crew! Brekkie in the morning was decent, just enough options to keep us fueled. The pool area was sharp-sharp, really clean and chill for a midday dip.

WiFi was a bit on the slow side, made it tough to scroll through all my social media.

It was just an ideal choice for a trip in Malvern with good price value. People were nice, and breakfast was OK. Bring your own toiletries so you’re not left empty-handed.

The layout of the suite was really nice,, just right for our family with private bedrooms and a common area for hanging out. The outdoor pool was a hit too, clean and inviting. There were BBQ grills which made for some fun family dinners after a long day.

It wasn't exactly cheap,, but for the space and amenities, it was acceptable.
