It’s pet-friendly with a great fenced area, perfect for my dog. the front desk experience was frustrating—despite checking in, I felt overlooked while others were given rooms. The location is convenient for walking, but the early morning delivery noises were annoying. A few areas could use updates, but the charm and helpfulness of the staff made it worthwhile.

The Stratford Inn offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff and clean, cozy rooms. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, including oatmeal and fresh fruit. The location is ideal, just a short walk to shops and the Shakespeare theatre, making it a perfect spot for exploration.

Comfortable bedding, comfortable room with clean linens and an air purifier that enhanced my stay's atmosphere.

Super comfy beds and pillows. Loved the wood floors. Breakfast was solid with healthy options like boiled eggs and oatmeal. Staff was friendly and quickly handled a water issue by getting us coffee from Starbucks. Nice outdoor patios and it's close to downtown. Plus, parking and a Safeway right across the street.

The self-serve breakfast had good options, and we appreciated the staff's efforts to lessen environmental impacts. The room was quiet and faced a peaceful corner.

We had a great time exploring Ashland because it's only a short walk to all the downtown shops, restaurants, and parks, with Lithia Park being less than a 20-minute stroll away while popular spots like the Schneider Museum of Art and the Ashland Art Center were all within easy walking distance, making our weekend incredibly enjoyable and convenient; the hotel itself was comfortable with an indoor pool and a lovely breakfast area where Cindy made our mornings special, but a bit of updating in the room decor would make it even better.
