This hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with no strong scents. The attention to detail was evident, from the clean and bright decor to the friendly and attentive service of Emily. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and plenty of nearby activities. The breakfast, although not included, was a nice surprise and cooked to order from a full menu.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right in the center of the Sugarloaf Village and on top of the mountain. It was so convenient to be able to walk a short distance and start skiing right away. The hotel facilities were great, with a 40 person hot tub outside that was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly, especially Mara at the front desk who went out of her way to assist us with dinner reservations and transportation. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety of hot buffet items and delicious omelets made to order. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and I really enjoyed the cozy living room area in the room, along with the free wifi, small refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster.

This hotel in the Sugarloaf area offers great value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Marissa at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with queen-sized beds and a scent-free cleaner. The hotel also boasts breathtaking views of the mountain and includes a delicious breakfast.

The hotel was not well-suited for a holiday weekend with a high volume of visitors. There were not enough tables in the breakfast area for all hotel guests and the buffet options were limited and not always fresh.

For us it was ideal

We were thrilled with the exceptional customer service at Sugarloaf Mountain. My girlfriend is allergic to scented laundry detergent and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. They promptly replaced all scented linens with unscented ones and even cleaned the room with a scent-free cleaner. It made a huge difference for her comfort and our overall stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the fine dining experience at the on-site restaurant. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We were so impressed that we're already planning a return visit for my birthday. I highly recommend this hotel.

Additionally, the staff went above and beyond, upgrading my room to a lower floor upon my request. The convenient location and shuttle service were also commendable. Finally, the golf course provided a picturesque setting with pristine tee boxes, fairways, and greens, ensuring an enjoyable experience.
