The bed linens and pillows were a letdown. the linens felt thin, and the pillows lacked support, leading to a sore neck.

During our Christmas trip, we were impressed with the two complimentary snacks given to us upon arrival. the hotel's location was convenient as we were able to easily access the nearby shopping center and restaurants. One of the best aspects of our stay was the cozy and comfortable bed provided, which allowed us to have a good night's rest.

the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory, the carpet was stained and the floor had not been vacuumed. the bathroom also had a greasy stain which was unpleasant.
