Excellent staff, super clean, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast.

Can't fault anything about it.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the hotel offered a good breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to major highways, making it easy to get around the area.

One of the downsides of our stay was the size of the pool. It felt a bit small considering the number of rooms at the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. The location was great, just off Hwy 53 N and near the crossing of 2 major highways. It was also right on a bike trail that could lead to either the Chippewa River Trail or the Old Abe Trail.

I had an exceptional stay at the Fairfield Inn in Eau Claire. The room was clean and fabulous, with a beautiful view of the surrounding nature. When my TV unexpectedly died, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and even offered to upgrade my room. The level of customer service was outstanding, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others. it was a fantastic experience.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The hotel was perfectly clean and well-maintained with comfortable rooms for a great stay. the beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms had a sitting area and a desk, perfect for business travelers. the location of the hotel was picturesque, offering a beautiful view that is not commonly found in hotels along the road.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of nature. The staff was helpful and offered to upgrade. My husband has also stayed here twice.

The hotel was clean and the staff was welcoming, making us feel at home. the rooms were comfortable and had plenty of outlets for charging our devices. the HVAC system worked well, allowing us to adjust the temperature to our liking. the complimentary breakfast was a step above the usual with a variety of options including fresh fruit and Chobani Greek yogurt.

The pillows were too soft and there were no firm options available. the breakfast was bland and lacked flavor.

The wifi was reliable and fast, and the gym had newer cardio equipment. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Fairfield Inn.

Convenient pool and workout facilities, though pool temperature not provided. Good location for visiting Leinenkugel Brewery. pleasant stay with enjoyable amenities.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet and wooded location of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle. The serene surroundings ensured a peaceful night's sleep.
