We recently stayed at a hotel in Payson and had a great experience. the pool was fantastic, although we wished it was a bit deeper and larger. the room was impressively clean and spacious, and the non-smoking environment was very much appreciated. the check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free. the hotel was close to where we needed to be and offered a decent price. We've been staying here for three years now and plan on returning next year if the rates stay reasonable. the owner is friendly, and the property is well maintained and secure. the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which is lacking compared to other hotels.

The front desk guy was nice and check-in was easy. the pool area was clean and smelled of chlorine. the rooms were fairly clean and had a big fridge and a microwave. the hotel is located in a convenient spot, right on the highway.

The rooms were not clean, with a fake nail found in the bed and a clogged bathtub. There were also reports of people smoking marijuana nearby.

The owner of Super 8 was really nice and made us feel welcome. They even tried to upgrade our room, which was a nice gesture. The flooring in the room was a plus, as it wasn't stinky carpet like in some other hotels. The location was perfect for us and the room itself was large and cozy, with a desk and table that were important for our stay.
