We recently stayed at a hotel in Payson and had a great experience. The pool was fantastic, although we wished it was a bit deeper and larger. The room was impressively clean and spacious, and the non-smoking environment was very much appreciated. The check-in and check-out process was easy and hassle-free. the hotel was close to where we needed to be and offered a decent price. We've been staying here for three years now and plan on returning next year if the rates stay reasonable. The owner is friendly, and the property is well maintained and secure. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, which is lacking compared to other hotels.

The flooring in the room was a plus, as it wasn't stinky carpet like in some other hotels. The location was perfect for us and the room itself was large and cozy, with a desk and table that were important for our stay.
