Great location! Super 8 is so close to public transport and Union Square. It's within walking distance of Chinatown and just a couple blocks away from the F streetcar that takes you to Fisherman's Wharf in 15 minutes. Despite some homeless people on the same block, they were harmless and the area felt safe. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was adequate with a comically oversized bathroom and good hot water. I liked that there were plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices without having to move the TV. The heater/air conditioner worked well, but the room felt a bit cramped.

Super 8 had a great location right on the border of Union Square and the Tenderloin. the neighborhood had a lot of character and there were plenty of bars, restaurants, and public transportation options nearby. the staff was super friendly and the rooms were reasonably clean. the bed was very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. it was a great base for exploring the city.

During my Christmas stay, I really appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. It was centrally located and close to key attractions in the city. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.

One downside of my stay was the noise level at night. the walls were a bit thin, and I could hear some noise, especially during the weekend nights.
