Staff was friendly and location was convenient. Room and facilities were clean, with a comfy bed and plenty of towels provided. the lake across the street was a nice bonus for relaxing and exploring, and there were good restaurants nearby.

Some noise disturbances from other guests and their children, but this wasn't the hotel's fault. Disappointing that the pool area and hot tub were under construction, and no hot continental breakfast as advertised.

The rooms were well-kept and well-cleaned. the staff greeted us warmly and were very friendly. the location was perfect, close to the city center, and made exploring the city really easy.

The other guests were very loud and inconsiderate, their children were running around and we felt unsafe in the hotel corridors. the TV also kept turning off suddenly and was a bit annoying.
